About Kaalo

Kaalo began with a simple frustration: keeping track of festivals, vrats, panchang days, public holidays and family birthdays meant juggling three apps, a paper calendar and a WhatsApp forward. Everything important deserved one calendar.

Kaalo computes the daily Panchang — Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, sunrise and sunset — directly on your phone, and pairs it with a carefully verified festival catalogue and personal reminders for birthdays, anniversaries and routines.

It is built offline-first. No account, no sign-in, no data leaving your device. The app is intentionally lightweight so it runs smoothly on any phone.

Kaalo is currently available in English, with Hindi and regional languages on the way.
